SHIPPING POLICY
Your item(s) are shipped via USPS using First Class, or Priority Shipping if the package weighs over a pound.

Before shipping each item is carefully and thoughtfully wrapped to ensure to the best of our ability that your item will arrive pristine and intact- ready for use! The majority of our packing materials are from recycled materials- we try to be as eco friendly as we can!
Please consider adding Require Delivery Signature to your cart if doorstep theft is a concern in your area. Since USPS' insurance policy for doorstep theft is NOT guaranteed.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Order Cancellations
Non-custom orders can be cancelled (with full refund) up until the item has been shipped. Following shipment the item is no longer available for refund.

Custom orders can be cancelled and/or altered up until a notification has been sent that the item is in progress and/or that the item has been shipped. Following this orders are no longer available for cancellation.
Returns
Non-Custom Orders: I gladly accept returns within 7 days starting the day the item has been stated as delivered by the postal service. Please contact me as soon as possible. Returns will not be offered following the seventh day after postal delivery. Item must be returned intact and in original condition- we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for the package value. Please don't hesitate to ask us for packing advice/instructions.

Custom Orders: Unfortunately due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns are not accepted.
Refunds
A partial refund can be offered, but the item return must be received before partial refund will be applied. Item must also be in original mint condition at the discretion of the seller. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur in return shipments. It is recommended that you purchase insurance from your postal carrier for any returns you mail back to us. Please be aware that we cannot refund the costs of original shipping, nor return shipping.

Refunds will not be offered for custom pieces since we do not accept returns for custom work.
Note: Full refunds or partial refunds for damaged or defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You will need to provide clear photos of defects or damages.

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds for stolen packages. USPS does not offer consistent insurance in the case of package theft. Please consider adding Require Delivery Signature to your cart if doorstep theft is a concern in your area.
